Greetings, Kinder Families!
It’s cold outside! If your student needs a hat or gloves, please have them stop by the office – we have plenty to share, and no student should go without.
Valentine’s Day is coming soon! Students are welcome to bring valentines to share with their classmates if they wish. However, we kindly ask that you do not include food items. Many of our students have allergies, and we want to make sure everyone stays safe. While we won’t have classroom parties, the focus will be on sharing kindness and friendship.
A quick reminder about attendance: While we want students to stay home when they are contagious (especially with fevers or vomiting), we’ve noticed absences are adding up. So far this year, over 1,900 school days have been missed, with 46% of those unexcused. Please remember to call the office at 937-866-4461 if your student will be out. It’s important that we keep track of absences as part of our monitoring.
Thank you for your partnership and support in making Kinder Intermediate a great place for our students to learn and grow!
